Sending High School Transcripts

Colleges will request your transcript to evaluate your grades, what courses you have taken in high school, and your EOC scores. How to send them will depend on where the school is.

To All Schools in North Carolina:

 

 

Use CFNC.org

To Send Transcripts to Schools in North Carolina:

​

1. Go to “Apply”

​

2. Click “Transcript Manager” then “Go to Transcript Manager”

​

3. Be sure that you have correctly reported your lunch number in the appropriate spot

​

4. Select the college or university and click “Send My Transcript”

 

*Be sure to email the admissions office to let them know you have sent your transcripts through CFNC if it does not show they have received it within a week

To Schools Out-of-State:

For 2020, many schools are accepting transcripts over Common App. Get in touch with your counselor for more information!

To send a physical transcript:

  1. Complete a "Transcript Request Form" and bring it to Student Services

  2. Pick-up transcripts after 24 hrs (do not open sealed envelope!)

  3. Address and stamp envelope to each school

  4. Mail envelopes with a safe amount of time before application deadlines

​

**We CANNOT send unofficial transcripts over email. Snail mail is the only way.
